The geometry of the 3 rollers allows for feeding and debarking with open knives, which is ideal when working with very crooked trees.

During debarking operations the helicoidal rollers manufactured out of mechanical tube which is machined and hardened with heat treatment, facilitates rotation of the wood thus helping to optimise the operation.

With the sensors of length placed inside the motors, the system is protected against shocks from branches and bark accumulation.

The diameter sensor regulates the roller and knives pressure in order to ensure a perfect debarking without damaging the wood.

Easy and intuitive operation using 2 very simple joysticks supported with VICORT proprietary software ensures maximum productivity.

Machine can be assembled from 12 to 22 tonne excavators.
